There is seldom any need to (re)use a "quicksave" unless you are going to repeat the same action in the exact same circumstances repeatedly (such as repeatedly "bargaining" for a better price). You are given the ability to save 1000 game files for a reason and you can stretch that number out by deleting older saves.
